1. 운영자와 적용 범위
Cufit AI의 운영자는 Jang Wonyoung입니다. 이 방침은 Apple 로그인, 사진 생성,
히스토리, 구독·크레딧 및 관련 지원 기능의 개인정보 처리에 적용됩니다.

2. 계정과 로그인
Apple 로그인 식별자, 앱 계정 ID, 인증 세션 및 Apple이 제공하는 경우 이메일
주소(비공개 릴레이 주소 포함)를 Supabase에서 처리합니다. 앱은 Apple 비밀번호를
받거나 저장하지 않으며 로그인 시 이름·이메일 제공 권한을 별도로 요청하지 않습니다.
Apple이 이전 동의 등에 따라 제공하는 정보는 인증 서비스에 포함될 수 있습니다.
앱 계정 ID는 사진·생성 요청·히스토리·크레딧·구독을 계정에 연결하는 데 사용합니다.
이전 기기 전용 계정의 데이터는 새 Apple 계정으로 자동 연결되지 않습니다.

3. 사진과 생성 요청
사용자가 선택한 사진, 프롬프트, 프리셋, 생성 결과와 처리 상태를 Supabase에서
처리·보관합니다. 생성 요청에 필요한 사진과 프롬프트는 Google Cloud Vertex AI로
전송합니다. 다른 사람의 사진에는 필요한 권한과 동의를 확보해야 합니다.
앱의 AI 처리 동의 화면에서 전송에 동의하거나 설정에서 향후 처리 동의를 철회할 수
있습니다. 이미 승인된 업로드·처리는 완료될 수 있습니다. 동의 철회와 사진·계정
삭제는 서로 다른 기능입니다. Cufit은 이 자료로 자체 AI 모델을 학습하지 않습니다.
Google의 처리·보관·데이터 사용에는 해당 Cloud 서비스의 계약과 설정이 적용됩니다.

4. 결제, 분석과 알림
Apple과 RevenueCat에서 상품·거래·구독 상태 및 앱 계정 ID를 처리하여 구매 지급,
복원 확인과 부정 사용 방지를 수행합니다. Cufit은 카드 번호를 받거나 저장하지
않습니다. Firebase Analytics는 앱 계정 ID와 앱 인스턴스·기기 식별자에 연결된 화면,
기능 사용 및 구매 흐름 이벤트를 처리합니다. Analytics는 IP 주소로부터 국가·지역
수준의 대략적인 위치를 추정할 수 있습니다. 앱은 GPS 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
광고용 데이터 저장·제공과 개인화에 대한 앱의 동의 설정은 거부로 설정합니다.
사진·프롬프트·Apple 인증 토큰이나
비밀번호를 Analytics 이벤트에 넣지 않습니다. Firebase Cloud Messaging의 기기
푸시 토큰과 메시지 전달 측정 정보는 사용자가 허용한 알림과 전달 분석에 사용합니다.
서비스와 SDK의 오류·
성능·보안 진단 정보 및 IP 주소 기반 남용 방지 정보도 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. 이용 목적과 제공자
계정 인증, 요청한 사진 생성, 사진·히스토리 제공, 결제 확인, 고객 지원, 서비스 분석과
보안에 필요한 범위에서 정보를 사용합니다. 처리 제공자는 Apple, Supabase,
Google Cloud Vertex AI, Firebase, RevenueCat입니다. 사진을 판매하거나 다른
사업자의 광고 타기팅용으로 제공하지 않습니다. 지원 메일을 보내면 그 내용과
회신 주소도 처리됩니다. 제공자와 지원 시스템에서 국외 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다.

6. 보관과 삭제
계정·저장 사진·히스토리는 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 임시 입력 사진은
통상 24시간 만료 후 정리 대상이 되며 정리 작업이나 장애로 실제 삭제가 늦어질 수
있습니다. 저장한 사진은 앱에서 개별 삭제할 수 있습니다. 설정의 Account > Delete
Account에서 같은 Apple 계정으로 확인하여 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제는 새 접근·생성을 차단하고 Apple 연결 해제, 사진·히스토리·인증 계정 삭제와
개인 프로필 정리를 진행합니다. 중단되면 앱에서 삭제 작업을 재개할 수 있습니다.
승인된 업로드 URL, 백업·로그, 이미 전송한 제공자 데이터에는 즉시 삭제와 다른
보관·정리 기간이 적용될 수 있습니다. 중복 지급·사기 방지와 적용 법적 의무에
필요한 최소 거래 원장 및 계정 연결이 제거된 기록은 보관될 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제는 App Store 구독을 취소하지 않습니다. 향후 결제를 중단하려면 Apple
구독 설정(https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions)에서 별도로 취소하세요.

7. 이용자 권리, 연령과 보안
적용되는 법에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한 등을 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 기능 또는
문의 메일을 이용해 주세요. Apple 로그인은 나이 확인이나 사진 사용 동의를 대신하지
않습니다. 미성년자의 이용·사진 처리에는 적용되는 연령 조건과 보호자 동의 등 별도
요건이 적용될 수 있습니다. 부적절한 개인정보 처리를 발견하면 문의해 주세요.
전송 구간 HTTPS, 서버 접근 통제와 비공개 사진 저장소를 사용하지만 모든 위험을
완전히 없앨 수는 없습니다. 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다.

1. Scope and contact
Cufit AI is operated by Jang Wonyoung. This policy covers Apple sign-in, image
generation, History, subscriptions, credits and support. Contact:

2. Accounts
Supabase processes your Apple sign-in identifier, app account ID, authentication
sessions and an email address, including a private relay address, if Apple supplies
one. The app does not receive or store your Apple password and does not separately
request name or email scopes at sign-in. Apple may supply information based on
previous authorization. Your app ID links requests, photos, History, credits and
subscriptions. Previous device-only accounts are not automatically transferred.

3. Photos and AI
We process selected photos, prompts, presets, outputs and request status using
Supabase. Photos and prompts necessary for generation are sent to Google Cloud
Vertex AI. Obtain permission and consent for other people's photos. The app asks
for AI processing consent; Settings lets you withdraw consent for future requests.
Previously approved uploads or processing may finish. Withdrawal is separate from
photo or account deletion. Cufit does not train its own AI models on this material.
Google processing, retention and data use are subject to the applicable Cloud
service agreements and configuration.

4. Purchases, analytics and notifications
Apple and RevenueCat process product, transaction and subscription information
with your app ID for delivery, restoration verification and fraud prevention.
We do not receive or store card numbers. Firebase Analytics processes screen,
feature and purchase-flow events linked to your app ID and app-instance/device
identifiers. Analytics may derive a general country or region from IP addresses;
the app does not request GPS location permission. The app sets consent for
advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization to denied.
We do not put photos, prompts, Apple tokens or passwords in analytics
events. Firebase Cloud Messaging uses push tokens and message-delivery measurements
for notifications you permit and delivery analysis.
Providers may also process error, performance and security diagnostics and
IP-related abuse-prevention information.

5. Purposes and service providers
We use information for authentication, requested generation, photos and History,
purchase verification, support, service analysis and security. Providers include
Apple, Supabase, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Firebase and RevenueCat. We do not sell
photos or provide them for another company's advertising targeting. Support
messages include the content and reply address you send. Providers and support
systems may process information outside your country.

6. Retention and deletion
Accounts, saved photos and History are retained as needed to provide the service.
Temporary input photos normally become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours;
cleanup schedules or failures can delay removal. Saved photos can be deleted in
the app. Settings > Account > Delete Account lets you confirm deletion with the
same Apple account. This blocks new access and generation and performs Apple
revocation, photo/History/Auth-account deletion and personal-profile cleanup.
Interrupted deletion can be resumed in the app. Previously approved upload URLs,
backups, logs and data already sent to providers may have separate cleanup or
retention periods. Minimal transaction ledgers and unlinked records may remain
for duplicate-payment prevention, fraud prevention and applicable legal duties.
Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel separately at
https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions to stop future billing.

7. Rights, age and security
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or
processing restrictions through the app or our contact email. Apple sign-in does
not verify age or establish permission for photos. Age requirements and parental
permission may separately apply to minors and their photos. Contact us about
inappropriate processing. We use HTTPS, server access controls and private photo
storage, but cannot eliminate every risk. Policy updates appear with a revised
effective date on this page.
